We don’t base our pricing on seats, so you can have as many users as you need.
We’ve found that most accountants prefer to control the data inflow themselves, so we offer a number of ways to get your data into QuickBooks: through an exportable CSV of transactions or through apps available in the Square marketplace.
It usually takes about two weeks to get you up and running. During that time we’ll need you to send us information and assets to populate your website, and we’ll migrate your existing data into our POS. We’ll also provide you and your team training (though our systems is so easy and intuitive, you’ll wonder if you really need it!).
Yes! You’ll be assigned a U.S. based Account Manager as soon as you join the platform. They’ll check in with you periodically to ensure your questions are answered and that you’re getting the most out of TireTutor. They’ll also sit down with you quarterly to share performance data and best practices for increasing customer count and satisfaction, as well as revenue.
